The course is open. Course open, hole 6 and 7 closed due to work being undertaken on the 7th bunker, once complete it will be reopen, please play holes 1-5, 8-18, outside contractors working on hole no 11, please give way to them as they not familiar with the course lay out, ride on buggies ok, fairway mats compulsory, please keep ride on buggies and trolleys outside the lines around the greens and away from tees, avoid wet and worn areas, beware of slippery slopes and banking's, please check notice board in front of the clubhouse for colour of flags to play too. if winter tee mats are frozen please play from blue blocks until mats have thawed, Bunkers in play with lift, rake & place please take extra care during frozen conditions, car park and around the clubhouse is very slippery due to black ice, thank you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FAIRWAY MATS ARE COMPULSARY IN THE GENERAL AREA OF THE COURSE.

Also that from dusk each day the car park barrier will be closed. If you are playing golf any afternoon please park your car on the overspill car park to avoid being locked in. This is especially important on Monday & Thursday when the club steward is not in attendance. Your co-operation is appreciated.

The club secretary returns from two weeks leave today, Monday January 17th 2022. The office will be open as usual from 9am to 3pm Monday to Wednesday & also Saturday, and Thursday & Friday each week from 09:30am to 1pm each day.

From today, Wednesday 15th December 2021, face coverings should be worn upon entering the clubhouse, and then in all communal areas, unless you are specifically exempted from doing so. These can be removed upon being served with either food or drink. Please try to maintain some kind of social distancing. Help to protect others by trying to stop the spread of covid-19. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the clubhouse. Thank you for co-operating with recommendations from England golf.

PLEASE NOTE ON MOST EVENINGS & ESPECIALLY MONDAYS & THURSDAYS THE CAR PARK BARRIER WILL BE CLOSED AT DUSK. PLEASE USE THE OVERSPILL CAR PARK IF PLAYING GOLF AFTER 1PM.

The course is open for play, however from Monday November 1st, play may only be permitted on certain days without a mat within the general area. Please check before commencing play. Mats can be purchased from the secretary's office between 10am & 1pm Monday to Saturdays inclusive.
Information concerning the course conditions will be advised & posted daily, on ClubV1, notice board on main clubhouse wall, at the 1st tee, as well as by selecting Option 4 when telephoning the club on 01942 811085. Please try to carry clubs if you are able to & try to keep trolleys away from greens & tees. If possible please use hedgehog tyres on trolleys. There are blue lines on the course & you are asked to keep trolleys the fairway side of these markings.

The clubhouse toilet facilities and locker rooms are available for use within the clubhouse. A QR code is displayed for optional use with your mobile phone app. The clubhouse is usually open daily from 7am until dusk. However during Autumn & Winter months if the weather is inclement the clubhouse can close early.

Visitor bookings including payment can be made via the "VISITOR BOOKING" tab top right of the screen. Please carefully follow the instructions on arrival to complete the visitor book & obtain a bag tag as well as confirming payments of green fees. (Failure to do so may invalidate the club's insurance cover)
